Welcome to MyGreenDirectory.com (the “Website”), operated by Sustainable Impact OÜ, an Estonian company (registry code 17465499) (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting, claiming, or managing a listing on the Website, you agree to these Listings Terms and Conditions (“Listings Terms”).

Please read them carefully before submitting any listing.

1. Eligibility to List

To be eligible for a listing on the Website, your business, organisation, or project must:

offer products, services, practices, or initiatives that are genuinely aligned with sustainability, ethical production, environmental responsibility, or eco-conscious values;
operate in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws;
provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information;
not engage in misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct.

We may reject or remove any listing that, in our opinion, does not meet our standards, is inconsistent with our mission, or is otherwise unsuitable for inclusion on the Website.

2. Listing Tiers and Payment

We may offer free, paid, premium, featured, or other listing tiers from time to time.

The details of each listing type, including visibility, placement, features, duration, and pricing, will be shown at checkout, on the relevant pricing page, or in the applicable order form.

Where paid listings are offered:

fees must be paid in full before the listing is activated or upgraded, unless otherwise stated;
fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy;
some listings may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date;
you are responsible for reviewing the applicable renewal and cancellation terms before purchase;
failure to make timely payment may result in suspension, downgrade, or removal of your listing;
partial billing periods are not refundable unless required by law.

If there is any conflict between these Listings Terms and a pricing page, order page, or checkout summary, the applicable order terms will govern for that transaction.

3. Certifications and Claims Verification

If you claim that your business holds certifications or other verified status, including but not limited to Fair Trade, Organic, B Corp, Plastic-Free, Carbon Neutral, or similar claims, you agree to:

provide valid and current supporting documentation if requested;
ensure all claims remain accurate and not misleading;
update or remove claims promptly if they are no longer valid;
understand that verification may take time and may be refused if supporting evidence is insufficient.

We may request additional evidence at any time and may edit, suspend, or remove claims that we cannot verify or that appear misleading.

4. Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of all information you submit.

All listing details must:

be factually correct and regularly updated;
avoid false, exaggerated, or misleading claims;
be updated promptly if your certifications, services, contact details, business model, ownership, or trading status changes.

We may edit, flag, suspend, or remove any listing that we reasonably believe is inaccurate, outdated, misleading, duplicated, or otherwise inappropriate.

5. Content Guidelines

All submitted content, including text, images, logos, links, documents, videos, and other materials, must:

be owned by you or used with the necessary permissions;
not infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights;
not contain offensive, discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, or illegal material;
accurately represent your business and offerings.

We may edit content for formatting, clarity, length, or consistency with our Website presentation standards. We may also request that you revise content before publication.

6. Listing Review, Approval, and Removal

All listings are subject to review before publication or re-publication.

We reserve the right to:

approve, reject, suspend, modify, or remove any listing at our sole discretion;
refuse future submissions from repeat offenders or users who misuse the platform;
remove listings that breach these Listings Terms, our other policies, applicable law, or our editorial or commercial standards.

We are not required to provide a reason for rejection or removal, although we may do so at our discretion.

7. Promotion and Visibility

By submitting a listing, you grant us permission to:

use your business name, description, logo, images, and other submitted materials to host and display your listing;
promote your listing on the Website, in newsletters, on social media, and through other promotional channels;
reformat, resize, crop, or adapt your content for display and marketing purposes.

You retain ownership of your submitted materials, subject to the license granted to us under these Listings Terms, the User Terms, and the Main Terms.

You may request updates to your listing content at any time, subject to review and approval by us.

8. Third-Party Links

Listings may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, policies, availability, accuracy, or practices.

Any interaction, transaction, or agreement between you and a third party is solely between you and that third party. You should review the applicable terms and policies of any third-party website before engaging with it.

9. Limitation of Liability

We operate the Website as an informational and promotional directory platform only. We do not endorse, guarantee, or verify the services, products, claims, or conduct of any listed business.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

These Listings Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Listings Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Estonia.

If you access the Website from outside Estonia, you are responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction as well as any applicable laws relating to your use of the Website.
