All listings and services offered on MyGreenDirectory.com are digital products delivered through an online platform.
Because these services are digital in nature and may be delivered, activated, or made visible immediately after purchase, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in this Refund Policy or required by law.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- you are purchasing a non-tangible digital service;

3. Cancellations and Downgrades

- cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund;

- if your plan renews automatically, you are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

You may update or modify your listing content through your account dashboard or by contacting us, depending on the features available for your plan.
Changes to your listing do not create an entitlement to a refund.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us first so we can review the issue.
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first giving us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter directly, unless required by law or your payment provider’s rules.
If a chargeback is initiated, we may suspend the associated account or listing while the matter is under review.
