BOPP Film for Recyclable Mono-material Flexible Packaging

BOPP film engineered for mono-material flexible packaging that can be recycled in existing polypropylene streams. Instead of building a multi-layer laminate from different polymers, converters can specify a single BOPP structure and keep the whole pack within one material family, which simplifies sorting and supports design-for-recycling guidance for retail and food brands.

Our films are produced for downgauging: thinner gauges replace heavier multi-substrate structures, so less material is used per pack, freight weight falls, and the packaging-to-product ratio improves. The result is a lighter pack with the same handling performance on existing lines, without adding a second polymer that would complicate end-of-life processing.
